Walking and talking helps some of us feel more comfortable whilst expressing challenging thoughts and feelings.

We often experience our emotions as raw physical sensations. Movement helps us to connect with and manage these feelings.

The action of putting one foot in front of the other, is a way of becoming unstuck, of starting to explore a new path.
